Who we are
Lineset is operated by Weavemade LLC ("Lineset", "we", "us", or "our"). Lineset provides lead and communication management software for service businesses. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information, including information received through Meta's platforms.
Information we collect
- Business account information: name, email address, business details, and information about use of Lineset.
- Website usage information: pages viewed and selected button or form interactions, associated with a random session identifier stored for the current browser tab. We do not include form contents or URL query parameters in these analytics and honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
- Meta connection information: the connecting user's Meta account ID and name, connected Facebook Page IDs and names, access tokens, and permission status. Stored access tokens are encrypted.
- Facebook Messenger information: a message sender's Page-scoped user ID, message text, image attachments, message identifiers, timestamps, and replies sent through Lineset. If Meta makes it available, we may also receive the sender's display name.
Meta does not provide us with a Messenger sender's email address through the sender's profile. We receive an email address, phone number, or other contact information only if the sender includes it in a message or the business adds it to Lineset separately.
How we use information
We use information to connect Facebook Pages, receive and organize messages, identify conversations and senders, let the Page's business view and reply to messages, provide support, secure and troubleshoot Lineset, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use Meta Platform Data for advertising or sell it.
How we share information
- The connected business: Messenger information is shown to the business that owns the Facebook Page that received the message.
- Meta: we send information to Meta when connecting a Page or delivering a reply through Messenger.
- Service providers: vendors that provide hosting, storage, email delivery, security, and other services needed to operate Lineset.
- Legal and safety reasons: when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Lineset, comply with customer instructions and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for these purposes.
Your choices and deletion requests
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you, email support@lineset.app. Messenger senders should identify the Facebook Page they messaged and the approximate date of the conversation. We may request additional information to verify the request. See our data deletion instructions for details.
If information from a conversation has been saved separately by the connected business as a customer or lead record, contact that business directly. We process those records on the business's instructions.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the date above.
